Also known as Wagyu Lamb because of the marbling in the muscles. This Australian Lamb has a wonderful and unique story. They are fed fresh carrots that are not pretty enough to go to the grocery store and that would normally be destined for the trash heap! They are also fed the remnants of olive oil production that also would be destined for the trash heap! Great for our environment but also great for your palate. This is the best lamb we have ever tasted. We brought in some in to try and to see what our customers think. We’re sold, but what you think is more important!
