In 2o23, Culinary Classics celebrates 30 years in business. We could not have accomplished this without an intense focus on quality products and superior service. We are dedicated to procuring and delivering the finest specialty foods from around the world.
Availability of Products
We source products from all over the world. Sometimes, quantities can be limited. Stock out and back orders, as much as we hate them, do happen from time-to-time. They will be communicated as soon as possible.
Fresh
We greatly prefer fresh. Freezing does harm to the tissue. Sometimes though, freezing is necessary, and when it is, we will always let you know before delivery, so you can decide, not us.
Quality
We receive orders several times per week from our farmers, foragers and ranchers. Often this results in higher freight costs, but also in better quality. We’ll stand on the side of quality, always have, always will.
Food Safety
Food Safety is our highest priority. For it to be less, is short sighted and dangerous. In our most recent Annual GDP Food Safety Audit performed by SAI Global, we received a score of 98.26%, Superior Rating.
Service
Our 100% goal is that 100% of the orders are filled correctly, 100% of the time, invoiced correctly 100% of the time, and delivered when the customer expects it, 100% of the time. We do not like to miss our goal.
Sustainability & Humanely Raised
As much as and whenever possible, we source from suppliers that respect our planet and all of it’s inhabitants. We certainly do, and expect nothing less from our supplier partners.

Minimums
Culinary Classics has NO MINIMUMS, however we do have a $10 delivery fee for orders under $200 if delivered by a Culinary Classics truck
Shipping Charges for FedEx/UPS
Orders under $250 will be subject to a shipping charge depending on your location. Please contact our Sales Team for estimate.
Terms
