Foie gras (fwä-grä) is the fattened liver of a waterfowl. Our Foie gras is Flown in for freshness from our partners at Hudson Valley Foie Gras. We stock fresh Grade A and fresh Grade B. However, they also produce a fabulous selection of prepared foie gras products.
